    1.Blanking die

    2.Bending die

    3.Drawing die
    It is the die part making sheet metal blank into the open hollow pieces, or making hollow pieces further change shape and size.
    4.Forming die
    It is the die part making the blank or semi-finished workpiece directly copy forming, while the material itself only produce partial plastic deformation. Such as bulging die, necking die, flaring die, embossing die, forming die, flanging die, sizing die, etc
    High precision mold parts stamping die need to use high precision CNC machining. And the material and forming technology of mold parts have strict requirements, they still need to use CAD/CAE/CAM technology to design and analyze. Mold parts manufacturers should have a lot of equipment, including CNC, EDM, line cutting machine tools and CNC profile milling equipment, high precision grinding machine, high precision three coordinates measuring instrument, computer design and related software, etc.
