    The mold core pins can be divided into straight core pins and flat core pins.
    Straight core pins: determine straight thimble diameter: priority selection 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm from the cost consider, try not to use 5mm. Priority selection 10mm from the finished product consider, and then even number, and then the odd number. A large area of the finished product use big core pins, such as 12mm, 16mm. To minimize the use of the same specification mold core pins, the thickness of the core pins cup head all is 4mm. Arranged in the edge of the molding thimble, it kept away from the edge of 1~3mm, core pins not arranged at the turning part of the finished product. If the top surface is not flat, the need for anti rotation thimble, you can add anti rotation pin in the core pins lower end, or fixed core pins lower end. If the top of the inclined plane is larger, it is needed to make a non slip surface to prevent the deformation of the finished product.
    Flat core pins: it is a thimble grinding processing, low strength, easy bending, processing and assembling are difficult for top reinforcement. Install flat thimble need to make core pins hole in the core by wire cutting (rarely used), or remove mold insert to make flat core pins hole.
