In 2018,the Ameba unit time benefit accounting system(Ameba Management) was introduced actively into the comprehensive reform of YIZE MOULD.Ameba was created by the famous Japanese entrepreneur, Mr. Inamori Inamori,and this accounting method can intuitively show the whole company and even the various departments of the monthly income and expenditure situation.

Since June, YIZE MOULD began to draw up the implementation plan of Ameba.Up to now, it has been perfected several times, and has been applied in the company. Every day we can analyze total shipment, order, total expenditure and so on according to Ameba,so that all the benefits are apprehended at a glance, which also greatly saves time, but also allows all employees to have a sense of participation. This is one of the original intentions of the comprehensive reform of YIZE MOULD.
