I often stay on the spot for a long time, with my own magnifying glass and concentrate on looking at the product. If the magnifying glass is not enough, I use a microscope to observe it, sometimes for an hour.
In this process, I gradually have feelings for the product. Once I find the defect, I can't help but reconstruct the actual production process in my mind and speculate, "What part of the child (product) is injured (disabled)?"
In order to improve the yield of finished products, we must start from the observation of products. In the process of observation, we can hear the voice of the product, so that we can know where the product "hurts" and "where the injury" and then identify the problems in the production process.
The reason why I have been using the personified expression of "product voice" is not simply to make the description vivid, but to emphasize the importance of careful observation of the product. In practical work, we must achieve such a state of mind.
