    For a long time, a lot of friends do not understand how a situation is the processing precision and machining error of hardware mold parts. At the time of discussion, there's not one opinion on it. Today, I will analysis the processing precision and machining error, in order to facilitate everybody later to customize hardware die parts with more detailed and understanding knowledge.
    The processing precision and machining error of precision hardware mold parts are the terms that evaluate the machining surface geometric parameters. The processing precision of hardware die parts is measured by tolerance grade. The smaller the level value is, the higher the precision will be. And the machining error is signified by numerical value. The greater the value is, the greater the error will be. If the processing precision is high, its machining error will be small and vice versa. Any actual parameters received by processing method are not absolutely accurate. From the perspective of the function of parts, as long as the processing precision and machining error are within tolerance range that the parts drawing requires, we will think that the processing precision of hardware mold parts is ensured.

 
    The location accuracy refers to the difference of actual location accuracy between the surface of relevant parts after the mold parts processing. The project to evaluate the location precision include the parallel degree, vertical degree, gradient, coaxiality, symmetry, position, cycle run-out and total run-out.
