Processing quality of tungsten carbide mold parts include the machining accuracy and surface quality. The machining accuracy is the congruence between the actual size, shape and location of parts surface and the ideal geometrical parameters as the drawings requirements. The difference between them is called machining error. The machining accuracy and machining error are terms which evaluate the machining surface geometric parameters. Look from the function of the parts, as long as the machining error is within the limits of tolerance of drawing requirements, it is considered to ensure the machining accuracy.
The quality of machine depends on the quality of the processing quality of tungsten carbide mold parts and the assembly quality of the machine. The size of the machining error reflects the machining accuracy. The greater the error, the higher the processing precision. The main aspects affecting the machining accuracy: dimensional accuracy. Location accuracy: refers to the actual location accuracy between the surface of tungsten carbide mold parts after machining. To evaluate the location precision has eight projects:  the parallel degree, vertical degree, slope degree, coaxiality, symmetry, position, degrees, such as round beating and all beating. Location accuracy is controled by  position tolerance.
