(1) Integral concave die

(2) Integral embedded concave die

Its characteristic is: it is convenient to process the concave die of a single cavity. Save precious steel. Easy maintenance and replacement. The concave die is separate processing for each mold cavity, this is conducive to shorten the production cycle of mold.

(3) Local inlay type concave die
For easy damaged parts or easy to processing, should be used the local inlay type concave die.

(4) Large area inlaid combined concave die
In order to facilitate the machining, grinding, polishing and heat treatment, the concave die is composed for several mold parts. The most common is the combination of the bottom of the concave die.

(5) Side combination concave die
For large and complex concave die, you can separately manufacture its the side and the bottom, and then put into the mold.
