Injection molding is a separate engineering technology. Its purpose is to transform the raw materials of thermoplastic materials into products that can be used and maintain their original properties through injection molding. Therefore, the preparation of injection molding process parameters is an important part to ensure the injection molding processing.In the preparation of injection molding process parameters, we must pay attention to the three key elements of injection molding: temperature, pressure, time.

1.The injection temperature control
In the process of injection molding, we need to control the temperature of barrel, nozzle and mold.

2.Pressure control
During the processing of plastic products, we need to control the pressure, including injection pressure and plasticizing pressure (i.e. back pressure).

3.Time control
In the injection molding process, the time to be controlled includes: injection time, packing time, plasticizing time, cooling time, and cycle time.
