Dongguan Yize Mold Co., Ltd. was established on January 1, 2007. With 150 employees, the company is located in Chang’an Town, Dongguan, China, known as the “Key Town of China’s Mold Industry”. Since its establishment, Yize has always been technology-oriented, integrating precision mold R&D, design, and manufacturing, gradually transitioning from “precision mold manufacturing” to the production of “PFA Teflon products” and providing “comprehensive solutions for various special engineering plastic precision structural components”.

Our areas of expertise include: precision injection molding, medical injection molding, tungsten steel part processing, and injection molding production of special plastics such as PEEK, LCP, PEI, PPS, PPSU, PFA, etc. The company is certified to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/IATF16949, and ISO13485 medical system standards. Yize specializes in precision plastic parts, boasting a professional mold development and design team, 180 various processing mold equipment, and 15 Fanuc injection molding machines imported from Japan, capable of meeting the injection molding production needs of various materials.

Cleanrooms (Class 10,000 and Class 1,000)

In response to customer demands, Yize has invested millions of yuan to upgrade and transform part of its injection molding workshops into clean rooms, which have passed the ISO13485 certification, meeting the dust-free injection molding requirements of medical customers with higher standards.
