The moving and fixed mold clamping plates in injection molds are used to position the relative positions of the moving and fixed molds, ensuring the accuracy of their relative positions during the injection molding process.
(3) Guiding Function
Mold plate – type parts cooperate with guide pillars and guide bushes. During the operation of the injection mold, they move back and forth in a straight line along the mold opening and closing direction. They guide the movement direction of all parts in the injection mold.
(4) Ejecting and Unloading Functions
After the injection mold completes a molding process, the stripper plate, ejector plate, and ejector pin retaining plate promptly eject the molded plastic products or unload the blank materials with the help of the equipment’s power, so that the injection mold can smoothly proceed with the next product molding.
