                    /05 Quality Inspection and Shipment

                    After the production of the products is completed, we will further remove impurities adhering to the product surface by cleaning them with ultrapure water and drying them. Then, the products are sent to a Class 100 cleanroom, where we will conduct product inspection, assembly, and packaging for shipment.                     The high-purity PFA fittings feature a self-designed coarse thread structure. This structure enhances the tightness and stability of the connection by strictly controlling the pitch between threads, ensuring the product maintains safe and secure performance in various application environments.

                    It depends on the product model and quantity required. Typically, shipment can be made within 3 days. Even for products that are not in stock and have high demand, we can arrange shipment within 15 days.

                    Although Derong Yuandao entered the market later compared to domestic peers, we have already established an initial sales scale with very positive customer feedback. Moreover, we have online and offline distributors cooperating with us.

                    Our factory strictly follows relevant standards for installation and manufacturing. We also communicate with customers regarding the use and precision requirements of the molds. If the products do not meet the claimed performance due to our manufacturing issues, we will arrange for rework. However, if the products are prematurely scrapped due to improper use by the buyer, we will negotiate separately.

                    Our products come in A and C types. The A type offers purity with no black spots even when magnified a hundred times, yet its price is comparable to domestic competitors. For applications without high purity requirements, we recommend our C type fittings. The quality of the C type is on par with domestic competitors, but the price is about 70% of theirs.
