    Second, the maintenance of plastic mold parts in production
A. Check all oriented guide pillar of mold everyday. And check whether the guide bush has damage.
B. Regularly check whether the waterway of mould is clear, and fasten all the fastening screw.
Third, the maintenance of plastic mold parts after production
Before stop, the cooling water must be closed first. Blow off the residual water on the mould waterway. Check if there is residual glue on the surface of the mold. Evenly spray the rust inhibitor after clean up the foreign object.
