15-year precision mould making

    There are two types of the compressian mold for plastic, they are compression molding and pressure injection molding. They can be used for the processing of thermosetting plastics, and the equipment they are using is a compression moulding press.
    Compression molding: according to the performance of plastic, the mold will be heated to molding temperature (103 degrees Celsius ~108 degrees Celsius), and then the appropriate amount of plastic powder into the mold cavity and loading chamber, close the mold. The plastic is melted at high temperature and under high pressure. After a period of time, the plastic is solidified to obtain the desired product.
    Pressure injection molding has a separate loading chamber. Close the mold before molding, the plastic is heated and melted in the loading chamber. Melting plastic into the mold cavity under pressure, and then cooling and hardening.
    The compression mould can also be used for processing some special thermoplastics, such as difficult to melt the thermoplastic, resin lens with high optical performance, the slightly foamed nitrate cellulose automobile steering wheel.
    The material used in the manufacture of the compression mold is basically the same as that of the injection mold. The compression mould is mainly composed of the mold cavity, loading chamber, guiding device, launch part and heating device. Pressure injection mould is widely used in the packaging of electrical components.
